109st & 74Ave에 위치해있어 UofA 다니는 학생들이나 Nait, Grand Macewan 다니시는 분들에게 아주 편합니다. Downtown, Grand Macewan, NAIT, South Gate, Century Park 모두 9번 버스로 한번에 가실수 있습니다. 

모두 새 가구에 인터넷은 download 300mb/s 여서 버퍼링 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다. Utility, internet 포함입니다.
