You can move in immediately from October 1st. The rent is $1,400 per month (we pay the condo fee, but the utility fee is separate), and the deposit is $1,400.
The rental period is at least 1 year.
Very close to Century Park LRT (10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car/bus)
Parking is available outdoors. There is also a bus stop just a few seconds away from the house that can be conveniently used by those who do not have a car!
Century Park LRT is directly connected to the University of Alberta and NAIT, making it a great location for students to use and convenient transportation.
There are many supermarkets, LRT, playgrounds, restaurants, etc. nearby.
The neighborhood is a very quiet and safe place, so if you come after work or school, you can relax with peace of mind!
Inside the house: one large room, one small room, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.
You can use the large room as a bedroom and the small room as a study or guest room.
If you think the house is too large for you to come alone, it is a good idea to find a friend or roommate in advance and rent it together .

We are situated very close to the Century Park LRT (10 min walk, 2 min car/bus ride)
Private outdoor parking is available and there is a bus stop that can be used comfortably by those without a car, just a few seconds from the house!
Century Park LRT has direct access to the University of Alberta or NAIT, so it's a great location for students who need convenient transportation, or for people who need good transportation to work.
Nearby there are supermarkets, the LRT station, several bus stops, the YMCA (Gym), restaurants, and many more.
