아파트는 431 s.f.이고 1층이라 출입이 편합니다. UofA나 MacEwan학생들에게 유리한 위치일거라 생각됩니다. 렌트는 $1,000을 생각하고 있습니다. 마땅한 가격을 받되, 저에게는 책임감있고 대미지및 파손이 없게끔 잘 사용할수있는 분을 더 우대합니다. Deposit을 높게 부르는 대신 렌트를 낮춰줄수 있습니다.

I am willing to listen to your situation and negotiate. Only the best things to say about the neighbourhood, do ask away if you're not too familiar with the city. UoFA is 8 minute transit away, and MacEwan a walk way. Please Refer to the address. My priority is that I am subleasing to a young professional or a mature student who is responsible and can respect the place. The more deposit and the more professional you are, the more I am willing to adjust pricing.
