Hi. I am looking for someone who take my lease of apt and my stuffs.
My condo is Windermere village located windermere. It is two bed rooms , one bath and bulit in laundry. As you know Windermere is very quiet and good neighbourhood. You can see the most of store in the mall what you want. I have to move out if Alberta eventually in October, that's why I am giving good deal.
* my contract is finished in feb.
$일이사구 for a month including heat, water, cable and internet.power is not included. It is around $50. Totally $1300 that is I paid.
*deposit was $499, but I will give you a half of it. $250.. Also you can continue your lease if you want after finish.
* I would like to sell all of my stuffs to someone who takes my lease, coz I am tired for posting my stuffs and contact and wait or dealing, so I off $1200 for all of my stuffs. Most of them are pretty new.
In the Bigger room
- double size spring box with mattress from The bricks two years ago. (I paid over $400 with discount)
-4 levels of shelf from Ikea which is made stainless.
- 150cm size desk from Ikea.
- small stand table from Ikea.
- bedding set and blanket as well if you want. I used less than one year, coz I bought them when I moved in.

In small room
- single size bed and mattress and 100cm size desk and a chair
- wooden 4 levels of drawers
- built in closet.
In the kitchen
- lots of containers. Coz I love to buy containers. Lol
- 4 sets all of dishes.

- enough pans and pots.
Having everything for cooking.

- 3 level shelf from Ikea
Living room
- futon
- 40 inch Smart tv I bought last christmas.
- TV table
- coffee table
- dinner table with four chair from Ikea. I bought this when I moved in, but it has damages from nails, cuz I didn't read paper when I assemble.
Nails came out of table.
