한국에서 어머님이 오시는 관계로 남은 계약 이어주실 분 찾고있어요~~
8월 31일까지입니다! 그이후로계약연장하고싶으시면 매니저랑 상의하면되요~
원래 가격은 590불+유틸리티(45-60불)이에요, 근데 학생분들은 4월말에 학기가끝나니깐 4월렌트비는 조정가능하구요,
(굳이 1일맞춰서 안들어오셔도됩니다.)
주방도구, 퀸사이즈 침대, 큰 서랍장, 옷장, 커피테이블, 라이트가 있는 책상 등 모든 가구들이 다 구비되어있구요,
위치는 11013 87Ave, 유옵에이까지 3분이면갈수있어요!
주변에 은행, 장볼수있는곳, 그리고 다운타운으로 갈수있는 다리도 있어서 산책하기좋구요~
교통도 매우 편리하구요! (네이트 LRT 25분, 맥이완 LRT 20분)
제가 살고있는 방은 1층이구요, 방 3개에 화장실 2개입니다!
